Police say the man was wearing a black leather jacket, a camouflage baseball cap, blue jeans and the red and white scarf. They believe he is driving a tan 2006 Ford Focus with Vermont plates reading FSY-484.
RICE LAKE, WI (WSAU) - Police are trying to catch a thief that really likes to go to Walmart. Rice Lake Police say a man wearing a red and gray scarf over his face broke into a couple of cash registers and left with an undisclosed amount of money Thursday evening. Later that night, a man matching the same description was spotted by an employee in the Ladysmith Walmart store. Police were called, and the man fled on foot. Officers were unable to locate the suspect.
